My first haircut post-baby...ahhh...so nice to get it looking pretty again. My hairdresser and friend Michelle's baby boy, Tipton, has the same birthday as Heidi. She brought him to the salon and I brought Heidi. It was a hair date and a baby date!
Here is how Heidi's "baby date" went down...
Heidi: "We are going to the salon...how exciting!!!"
Heidi: "What?!? You mean this is a baby date? With a boy?!?"
Tipton: "I am not very happy about this either!"
Tipton: "Well...she does have a nice smile. I guess I could hold her hand..."
Heidi: "Well...he is kind of cute with those blue eyes..."
Heidi: "Look Mommy, he must like me."
Tipton: "She does have a nice cushy shoulder on which to rest my head"
Michelle: "Well that went well and the babies cooperated for us."
Kelly: "Look at my pretty hair! Thanks Michelle!"
Heidi: "Where's my baby boyfriend Tipton? I can't see him."
Tipton: "I'm up here Heidi."
Nathan (Michelle's older son behind the camera): "You mean I get to entertain babies AND take pictures?!?" (For the record, Nathan is an great kid and did great job, even got Heidi to fall asleep.)
